Review - Two Brothers Brewing Company's Hop Juice
"Hop Juice is a powerful Imperial IPA. It is brewed to 9.9% AVB, 100.1 IBU's, and dry hopped with a pound of hops per barrel. Hop Juice has a very strong aroma of pine and citrus. This hefty beer is balanced at the start with some nice caramel and brown sugar notes. Then it has a massive hop flavor and bitterness with some complex fruity characters." -- Two Brothers Brewing
Hop Juice pours a medium to dark amber color with a creamy, light-brown head. Good lacing left behind a mostly lasting head. Murky body with medium-sized particles. Aroma is a heavy hit of perfume hops and alcohol. Initial taste is moderately bitter, mellowing out slightly to a light bitter finish with average duration. Medium on the mouth, it has a creamy consistency with a moderate alcoholic feel.
