Review - Smuttynose Brewing Company's Winter Ale

This winter ale pours a dark amber color with a large, frothy light-brown head. There is virtually no lacing. Aromas are of light malt and solvent. Initial taste is lightly sweet with a light bitter finish. Light and creamy on the palate with soft carbonation.
