Review - Woodstock Inn Brewery's Red Rack Ale
"A red ale, malty up front with a good hop and malt balance." -- Woodstock Inn Brewery
Pours a medium copper color with a white, fizzy, fully diminishing head. Clear body. Aroma is of light bread malts with soapy notes. Initial taste is lightly acidic, shifting to a light sweet finish with long duration. Light on the mouth, it has a watery texture with soft carbonation.
