Review - Fordham Brewing Co.'s DeGroens Marzen
"A deep amber hue, smooth malty body and crisp, clean finish." -- Fordham Brewing
Pours a cloudy light amber color with a fizzy, off-white head that quickly dissipates. No lacing. Aroma is astringent with hints of honey. Initial taste is lightly sweet, taking its time moving to a light bitter finish. Light on the mouth, it has a watery feel with soft carbonation.
