Review - Cambridge Brewing Company's Tall Tale Pale Ale
"Big and bold, our Pale Ale distinguishes itself by its huge, fresh hop aroma and flavor. A combination of Cascade and Centennial hops, both in the kettle and during an extensive dry-hopped conditioning time, gives this beer its nectarious flavor." -- Cambridge Brewing Company
Medium amber body with a white, fizzy head. Fully diminishing with virtually no lacing. Aroma is mostly indistinguishable and, if anything, contains hints of faint malts. Initial taste is moderately bitter, mellowing to a light bitter finish with an average duration. Light on the mouth, it has a watery finish with soft carbonation.
