What is a beer dinner?

A beer dinner is a fantastic night celebrating the marriage of great food and outstanding beer. Our chefs and the Sam Adams Brewers have teamed up to let you experience the wonderful world of food and beer pairings. Wednesday night October 22nd starting at 6:30 PM in our Salisbury location please join us for an unforgettable evening. One of the master brewers from Sam Adams in Boston will be the guest speaker and guide you through each course with a behind the scenes glimpse into the art of a brewer. Tickets are $40 per person, with tax and gratuity extra. Space is extremely limited so call us now with any questions or to make your reservations.

Dinner served promptly at 7:30

First Course

Rocket Pear Salad – Organic baby arugula, poached Anjou pear, spicy candied walnuts with a cherry wheat vinaigrette
Paired with Samuel Adams Hefeweizen

Second Course

Fall Harvest Squash Bisque – Creamy roasted seasonal soup infused with Winter Lager
Paired with Sam Adams Boston Ale

Third Course

Brown Ale Marinated Sirloin – Sliced Terus Major Tenderloin, garlic whipped Yukon gold potato, grilled asparagus, demi-glace drizzle
Paired with Sam Adams Boston Lager

Fourth Course

Molten Chocolate Cake – Rich dense chocolate cake with a melting Nutella center served warm with a cream stout infused Ice cream
Paired with Sam Adams Honey Porter
