I submitted all the information requested by Sam Adams on the recalled bootles that I had. I never heard back from them, never got a refund, and can’t find any way on their website to contact them. I suspect that that’s on purpose – they have no intention of refunding anything to consumers

Ditto. However, I unearthed a phone number, for all the good it did me. After waiting the stated two months after the initial submission, I called (1-888-674-5159). After long intro you are told to press 1 for live person. My claim number was taken and I was told someone would contact me. Did this again in August, and September, and October . . . . I wonder how many more people have experienced the same thing–haven’t found other blogs yet. Getting ready to give it another try.

Correction–that was *three* months before I was supposed to contact anyone regarding the payment.

Success! The reimbursements were handled by an outside contractor, and they didn’t perform as they should have. A letter to the company will get you a response from a real person.
