Check out this list of "awards" from the official site: http://www.beerawards.com/pdfs/2008_final_beer_catalogue.pdf looks to me like every beer entered earned at least a bronze medal. and medals were awarded to all beers. For example, 4 beers were in the same category as the blue paw. all 4 got bronze medals. this is a sham of a "competition" that just allows companies to creat press releases that are, at best, misleading.
